Please enjoy the large version if you can.

This is an image from My Subway Hike from about three years ago, and I just recently worked on it to my liking. I arrived a bit late to get the right light for the subway image I was seeking, but I was able to get the right light for this image. I guess meant to be in a way.

I can't wait to get back out that way!!!!!!!!

Please let me know what y'all think of the image, and thank you for the time on any thoughts y'all may have.

Ryan, This looks fantastic! I have seen it done and this looks as good to me as any I have seen. You really did have good light for this and that water flow looks great. I like the colors and textures in this very much as well. Nice work!

Nice take on the famous crack on the Subway hike. Real nice tones and textures.

Fine colors here, Ryan. The long exposure making the water super silky works very well against the colors and textures in the rocks. The blue highlights in the shadows are a neat extra benefit.

Very nice, Ryan! This one of the nicer images of the 'Crack' I've seen: just rock and water--simple and effective. I think the blue highlights add a touch of 'coolness' to an otherwise warm image.

Really nice. The softness of the silky water against the hard rock is stunning. colors work well together also

I really the the interplay of warm and cool colors in this scene along with the smooth texture of the water cutting through the rough texture of the rock. Beautiful work, Ryan.

I like the colors and textures, but in my view what really "makes" this picture is the total lack of any sense of scale - landscape but also art, nicely done!
