WC-669 Winter Evergreens

I love when the snow builds up on the evergreens and they become everwhites

In this particular scene, the row of shorter, completely buried trees in the front, plus that break-away snowball are what I found interesting.

Yes, Karen, the heavy snow on the trees is lovely set against that crystal clear sky. The "runaway" snowball is a neat addition. Did you by any change move in closer to that snowball and try a vertical?

Snow just brightens dreary winter season and lifts the spirits. Beautiful winter scene of the evergreens which fits the subject challenge well.

What could be nicer than snow-covered pines against a blue sky? I never tire of scenes like this no matter how often I see them and you captured a nice one Karen. I like that they're all different sizes which makes it more interesting, and good exposure on the snow too.

A classic winter scene, done very well IMHO. I like your composition and the deep blue sky sets off the snow covered trees very well. The snowball does add a bit of activity. Thanks for sharing.

Clearly fit for the theme and a very nice capture, Karen! The contrast of the dark blue sky and the pure white snow is particularly nice.

Wow, this beautiful, and EXACTLY what I thought of when I read this WC theme. (Anything I have that is close to this is on old transparencies, so I either need to scan a bunch of slides, or get out more. I think the latter choice sounds much better!)
