Nice pose this guy is giving you. It is relatively sharp and the exposure looks good. I do think it is oversaturated. It is also a little tight up top. More room up there if you have it. I think these changes would make this already good image even better.
A more in depth critique would be possible if the techs were available.

What a great pose by the heron Ray. I agree with Jerry about needing more room on top if you've got it. The saturation is too high and if dialed back would be a huge improvement for this image. Nice Job!
