Nice catch on the extended wings with both the blacks and whites handled well. I'm thinking that cropping some (maybe 1/3) off the left leaves plenty of open space there but puts more attention on the bird.

Excellent, Ken. Wonderful wing position and a good job on exposing the whites. If this were mine, I'd be tempted to add some light to the eye-it looks like it's a really cool red and a little more light would really make it pop.
