Am still getting a hang of my 180 Tamron..and here is one subject that I worked with over the weekend. The little fellow was busy and every now and then looked at the lens. I noticed that alternatively each of the eyes turned to a light brown color..frame rotated

7D, 180 Tamron, F18, 400 ISO, 1/50

Many thanks NPN for your support

Excellent isolation of the jumping spider, Balan. I've never had one that didn't, well, jump immediately after I spotted it. The backlighting is great as is the one red eye.

The red eye is spooky - it makes the subject truly come alive!! Beautifully set up by the dark backround.

Great catch on this little spider, Balan.  The back lighting really sets the spider aglow and shows off it's pose wonderfully.

Love how you used the dark background with backlighting to outline and emphasize the translucent body. The red eye is striking as well.
