I was able to time this Western Kingbird right after take-off with pretty good wing position. I cloned out some barbed wire.

I don't see many BIF shots taken from above the position of the bird, Kurt. Usually it is eye level or below so the angle is an added bonus for me. The toe claw caught my eye, but I wouldn't change it.
