Found 6 of these guys at about 11,500 ft level of the 11,943 ft.(3,640 m) Bald Mountain here in Summit County, Utah. Rare, but not unusual.

Gorgeous detail in that really cool plumage, Neil. The thumbnail doesn't do this one justice at all.
