<div>Spent a couple of hours with this beautiful lady in Samburu National Reserve while preparing my photo safari "Untouched Africa" that will take place in August 2016. A unique trip where it is still possible to have one-on-one experiences with predators... Ingrid, I like how you framed this with the OOF foreground vegetation partially blocking the view. The color of the setting compliment the big cat nicely as well!

Ingrid: a lovely photo that does show the majesty as well as the serenity of the leopard. There's a large bright, oof area on the right. Have you considered burning or cropping some of that area? Think doing so would center one's attention on the leopard. Richard

Thanks all for your much appreciated comments!

Richard, no, I have not considered cropping or burning the OOF bush on the right. In fact, I took the photo especially for this natural frame, which I liked a lot when I looked through the lens. Maybe it'll grow on you when you look at it again cool and if not we'll have to agree to disagree, I guess enlightened - thanks again! crying

Hi Ingrid,

Very interesting shot, and your photo safari sounds very interesting as well. My only very small nit with the shot is that to my eye is feels just a touch too tight on the bottom. But that's obviously a personal preference issue.

Cheers...
