Seal Beach Pier
by Patrick O'Healy
November 4, 2015 I stopped at the Pier in Seal Beach, California on the way home from work and shot a few sunset photos. This is a stitched pano we played with in a teaching session with Keith Bauer. We did two iterations in Adaptive Wide Angle and Lens Correction to resolve the bowed horizon. While it is still not perfect, only seasoned photographers will likely be offended by the aberration. I am curious to hear your comments.
Nikon D800 Nikkor 24-120 24mm ISO 100 1/40 f/13 stitched pano RAW White Balance Auto Processed in LightroomCC2015, PhotoshopCC2015, NIK and TK. Shot with a ball head on a tripod.
