The Buffleheads are back. I think this is the most difficult bird to not blow the whites. Processed using Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CC 2014. Comments and critiques welcome.

I really like this one. I fdind Buffleheads extremely difficult to photograph. Not only is it difficult to keep from blowing out the whites, but also finding just the right light and pose to be able to capture the amazing colors in the darker areas. You have succeeded quite nicely in all respects.. Very impressive.

Superb job on a very difficult exposure, Jerry. Detail everywhere from whites to black and lovely iridescence. An excellent image.
