At the Butchers

Here's another street scene taken in southern China. Locals like to gather around the street vendors, sometimes to buy and sometimes to watch. I've tried using a hatchet in my meat preparation, but with much less success.     Olympus E-M1 and 12-40 lens at 1/1250, f/3.5 and ISO 800. Richard
