The "elephant " in the distance is a tree.

Ken,
I like the sihouttes and of course the nice sky and cloud colors. The grey clouds look like an explosotion to me and I like the fact that it creates a "V" over the tree.

Now that is one nice sky, and the silhoutte of the tree works great! My only nit would be that it feels like there is a bit too much blue sky in the top part, and I think I would crop some of that to give a more panoramic composition.

I agree with Roel. I think that this would work much better cropped to a panoramic ratio ... cropping about 30% off the top and even cropping the bottom so that just a sliver of black is included. This would focus as much attention as possible on the beautiful sunset colors and the silhouette of the tree. Also, maybe it's just the lay of the land, but the horizon is slightly lower on the left, giving the impression that it isn't level or that there is some lens distortion.

Beautiful sunset Ken. Great clouds and colors. What I really like here is the position of the tree. Now normally, I would say it's too cramped on the right and unbalanced - but it's the sky or the parting of the clouds so to speak that create this perfect little cradle or space for the tree.
I can see that pano crop as an alternative, but for me the fact that there are just a bit of whispy clouds in both upper corners keeps the entire sky in play, so I'm enjoying this just as presented.

I can see the crop working, too, but this presentation gives a nice sense of space. My only suggeation would be to clone out that bit of sharp stump to the left of the snag. The sky looks great.
