As we headed out on Lake Eufaula to enjoy an afternoon of photography, I could not pass up this image of others enjoying an afternoon of fishing.  This was the foggiest day anyone in the area could recall over the past decade.

I like the silhouettes and dark reflections of the trees in the water.  The boat is nicely placed between the trees as well.  The foreground water has an interestingly soft texture.

Personal choice, but I'd probably crop in a bit in this image.  Perhaps half the sky above the trees and on the left even with the tree as on the right.  The top left of the sky is bright and draws the eye up there even though, to me, the story is in the water and fishing people.  The left crop is a suggestion because I like symmetry in tree lines...not that the trees ever want to cooperate.

Another suggestion in framing would be to move that horizon line up and show more water leading into the trees and fishing people.  You can duplicate the water below the trees to double it to see what I mean.

Elizabeth: I really like this. The high key and silhouettes look good and the placement of the boat in the frame and between the trees is just right. Many thumbs up. >=))>devil

Elizabeth, This is an interesting high key image. I don't see much evidence of fog. It looks more like a bright, sunny day.
