Dreamy Bluebird

Another Bluebird in my yard. Image made from my deck with 7D2, 500 F4 and 1.4 TC. The conditions were overcast so I used a tad of fill flash with Better Beamer. The branches of the tree were a bit distracting so I used a white vignette to draw your eye to the bird and minimize the branches.

Lovely, Ed.  It's interesting that the blue in the males seems just a touch lighter than in the Westerns from my neck of the woods.  I like the effect of the white vignette.  It's a new idea to me.  I could see using an average or base tone from the bg or even a neutral gray for some interesting effects.

Hey Ed,
Excellent work here and title to match. I like the overall composition with very nice detail and colors in the subject.
Well done . . .  devil
