Another beauty Mr. Harley. Maybe on of the best series of photos from one shoot I've seen. Excellent!!!!

Excellent capture of some epic conditions. The fog and trees in the background are incredible. This simplified comp. works very well. I might suggest adjusting the black point to make the blacks richer.

"A lone tree races out of the mist to confront a photographer.", says the headline... The foreground tree and grasses standout out beautifully against the misty and wonderfully layered background. Well done, Harley.

Masterful rendition Harley of an atmospheric scene. My only minor suggestion would be to clone away in some manner the lone tree in the BG that looks like a flag. My eye can't stop going there. Other than that... otherworldly.

Outstanding BW. Can't see anyway of improving this.

Extraordinary tones - you almost feel the shifting of the fog across the frame. Excellent positioning of the fg tree - just off centre and echoed by the distant tree tops to the L. Beautiful !!

Love the lonely tree, and especially its placement which gives some tension to the photo. The layers of trees in the background are so nice!

Awesome stuff here, Harley. I love the atmospherics with the rolling fog along with the textures and tones in the large version. I could also see this working with the tree just a bit more off center, but this is a beauty as is.

Very well seen & very nicely executed in a masterly manner.
If this was mine, I would crop out the straight line, visible on the top left corner, not sure if it's a shore line or wall or something else.
