Nice capture you managed her Sandy. The whites loo good. Well done. I'm sure you meant Great Egret, right?

Beautiful breeding plumage and display pose, Sandy.  Nice to get it completely out in the open.  To my eye, the body looks a bit grayish-I think you could raise the whites up just a bit more without losing detail, though that's always tough with these birds.  Beautiful image.

Beautiful display pose Sandy and a very complimentary background.  I agree with Dennis, the whites could be a little brighter. That could be pretty tricky though as the bird's back is already pretty bright.

Really nice breeding plumage capture, Sandy.  The dark background sets off the bid nicely.  I don't see any hard shadows, so it must have been overcast or shaded which makes the white exposure difficult, but you did a good job with this.  These Egrets are so majestic.

Wonderful display capture Sandy. Whites look good to me. Tough exposure that you pulled off well.

An impeccable image Sandy, well done. One aspect that struck me straight away was the green portion of the bill that matched the foliage. I’m green all over – green with envy!
