Hi Scott,
The shallow DOF works well here with the spider, web, and colorful BG. I like how you positioned the spider on over the brown color patch--it stand out nicely............................Jim

The orange and green background works great and the spider is nicely sharp, Scott. Amazingly enough the webbing looks perfect with the colored highlight from the oof webbing adding extra interest. A fine find in the archives.

Great composition and beautiful light, Scott. I like very much the amazing iridescence in the web strands.

Gorgeous colors Scott. Good focus on the business end of the spider and love the web spread out across the frame. Kudos.

At first I was drawn by the background colors, but the kaleidoscope colors on the web then stood out. Your chosen dof works well.
