I took this one a long time ago on a clear, crisp evening in February.  Crop for comp and a slight adjustment with shadows & Highlights, K10d 300mm f4..............................Jim

Superb exposure and processing, Jim.  You have excellent detail in all three colors and they're all notoriously difficult and don't play well together.  A nicely composed image as well and the bold colors of the bird prevent the somewhat busy bg from being an issue.  Very well done.

Beautiful colors and great details in the bird with a fine blue sky behind, Jim.  You could have used this in next week's theme also. cool
