Awesome image, Tom.  Love the strands of lava falling over the edge.  That combined with the steam and the flows themselves.  Very surreal.

Excellent title for the image.  Beautiful, yet powerful and dangerous.  A special capture.

Gotta love the fingers of lava.  Very moody!  Thx for sharing this.

Eyecatching.  Nice diagonal flow with the water, steam and lava.  I really like the contrasts in colors and brightness.

Truly stunning work Tom. Last time I visited Hawaii was in 1985.  I want to get back out there soon.  Nothing like this going on back then that I was aware of.  Love this.

Wow, this is a striking image, very dynamic with a large impact. I can't tell the scale here, but that is fine. It makes a kind of volcanic abstract, and the diagonal red lines, plus the blue steam are great.

A very intriguing phenomenon no doubt but your take on the scene takes it up many notches. A strong composition and a gorgeous color palette to go along with it.

One of my favourite lava shots so far. Everything is perfect, composition, colour contrasts and the long exposured liquid.

Simple and beautiful.  Looks like things are flowing again out there!  The blue and orange tones work so well, and the mist / steam off the rock just puts it over the top.  Sunrises and sunsets seem so mundane when I look at images like this.  I will get to one of your excursions one of these days!!  Not only the ability to take such great shots, but more importantly to walk away in one piece. Aloha to you!devil
