Wow.  This is really good, Scott.  The image just jumps off the screen.  Sweet light and the reflection is killer.  Outstanding, love this one.

I agree with what everyone has said...great light, color in the mid-section, amd super crisp reflection.  I still haven't gotten up the N. Cascades.  This inspires me.  Not nit to be found,

Oh, on closer inspection, the very "top" of the reflection (lower flanks and fingers of snow on the mt)) seems a little bright.  The whites there are lighter than on the slopes themselves  and might not print well.

Fix that and print it big, maybe on metal or acrylic!

Love the lighting in this Scott.  It sets off the ridges and the shapes along the lake beautifully.  The perfect reflection is a great addition as well

Thank you for the comments. This really is a beautiful area. Camping is not permitted in this immediate area, so we camped on a ridge about 1/3 mile and 400 feet below this meadow, where camping is allowed. I was hoping for a nice sunset, but the clouds just evaporated shortly after I shot this. However, I did get some very nice light at sunrise the next morning.

The evening before, we hiked partway up to this meadow from our camp and then stayed up until 1:00 am watching the Perseid meteror shower. Earlier in the day, we hiked over to and up the far ridge plainly visible just to the left of center. We went up into the snow fields and bare rock area to the left of and above the large glacier. This is a popular route for climbing Mt. Baker, and there were more than a dozen base campers in this area, which is about 4000' from the top.

Excellent - great colours and I'm a big fan of nice reflections.
Seems just a bit tight in the frame, especially at the top where more of that nice sky would be a plus.

I like the clarity of this.  My preference would be for more sky up top, but not necessarily in the reflection.  Marylynne had a good catch about the snow brightness in the reflection.  The large view lets one see the red flowers on the center shore

The lighting is fantastic to bring out the textures - sweet view and shot.  It's all been said, a stunner of a shot.
