Excellent detail in the Gallinule, and a lot of cool habitat, Barbara. It looks as if you might have enough resolution for a tighter crop, perhaps a vertical, if you want to try a version that emphasizes the bird more. It would be interesting to see what it looks like if you took a bit off the left and bottom and pulled the right side in to just inside the purple flower. I do like this image a lot-just thinking about options.

I like this a lot though the background looks a bit busy. I wonder if softening the focus might help. Really nice green hues as well.
