Seeking Honest Opinions!

Hi all.

I was taking some of the last photos of the year, when the lines and colors of this osteospermum really spoke to me.  I took many shots at different points of focus, and I liked this one where there were a few more recognizable shapes.

Any and all thoughts appreciated!  Please be honest with me!

Honestly I love the photo Nathan. The splendid blue of the center makes the photo in contrast with the warm colors of the petals. For a suggestion, I can't see anything else then the little white spot in the center due probably to a reflection of light. Beautiful photo for me.

Very nice take, nathan. It's a unique and unusual image, and I like it for the very pleasing colors and the abstract way the way the colors look more like shapes than objects. I do wish the upper part of the flower/photo did not turn to blank or nearly blank white. Maybe you could squeeze some form and/or color out of this area.

Hi Nathan, as if there were any other sort in this postfactual world we live in ... enlightened A really great take - interesting (positive sense) and creative abstract. Agree with both Gigi and Scott which would take the image to a new level again.  Very glad you decided to put the image in this gallery! Really like it!

Nathan: This comp and color palette works really well for me despite no overt POF. Good photography! >=))>

I like this a lot, Nathan.  The colors and shapes are really cool and the amount of blur looks perfect.  I'm particularly fond of the way the flower fades to white toward the top which accents the rays of color.

My honest opinion is this is one of your best. One of the best I have seen of keeping an abstract in range of what the object actually is. really decent work, Nathan!devil
