Happy New Year to all of you Florians. Our paperwhites are usually our first herald of the new year but so far they've not made an appearance but a few of our roses along the back fence line have popped up and out. With bad weather forecast for the next few days I thought I better get out and shoot these little guys while I could. All comments welcome. >=))>

Bill, you are a master arranger. I admire your skill at arranging and presenting images, either in part or in whole. This is no exception!cool

Bill, nice composition and good DOF. The OOF bud is well placed in the middle. Happy New Year to you as well.

Winter roses have splendid colors and you have represented them beautifully. I love the BG too. Bill, what do you think about lifting the composition just a bit, for leaving out the soft end of a leaf?
