Really like the diagonal perch. The larger image has great detail. The walking pose adds a lot. Well done.

A very fine Tri-colored image Barbara. Great comp, pose and even with all the light colored specular highlights the background is not too distracting allowing the Heron to separate from the bg.

Excellent image, Barbara.  A great composition and the detail in the heron is nice.  My only nit is that a slight angle toward you instead of away would have been the icing on the cake, but they don't take direction well.  Good work.

I like the striding pose and the detail Barbara, I would have preferred a bit more of a head turn. devil
