Your images are getting better . On this one, the shutter speed of 1/3200 was not needed. You could have chosen an ISO of 100 for better image quality. The shutter speed would still have been plenty fast enough for a stationery subject. From a compositional standpoint, you usually want your subject looking into the empty part of the frame. I took the liberty of posting a suggestion for the crop. The overall image quality, which is better than some of your past posts, is still not where it should be. In this particular image, the focus point should have been on the bird's head. Not sure where it was. Keep shooting and posting. You'll get there.

A nice catch, Nishand.  The exposure could be a little brighter to bring out the dark areas of the bird.  You don't specify your metering or exposure mode, but if you're using one of the automatic ones, you'll need to add some compensation for dark birds like this.  The bird is also a bit soft, which I'm having difficulty understanding given the high shutter speed unless the perch was at a fairly sharp angle and your autofocus latched onto it, which sometimes happens.  I like to use just one AF point for small birds to avoid that problem.
