Osprey w/ Puffer Fish 4

Pandion haliaetus

The 4th image image of this Osprey catching a puffer fish. More eye contact in this one, but not thrilled with the narrow flat wing position. I am curious what others think. I realized after posting these that I will have to post one more to finish the series. So 1 more after this one.

I don't mind the wing position, Matt, but I do find myself wishing it were tipped up a bit more.  For now, #3 is still my favorite.  I wouldn't chuck any of them as this will make a really cool slide show.

This was a great series Matt. I don't mind the wings at all in this. And the look at the eye is nice but I still prefer #3 (I love the teeth). Dennis is right about this making a cool slideshow. Well seen and captured!  devil

The wing position is totally fine to me, because this is an action shot, not an image of an osprey flying.  This is a wonderful series.

Another wonderful shot, Matt. Personally number 3 is my favorite, waiting for number 5.

This one has the eye contact as you said, but number 3 is better for wings and tail and position of the fish.

Outstanding series!

Congrats

Neat photo, but #3 is still tops.  I also look forward to #5.  TFS
