Evening Eagle

I was driving down the road near the river and spotted this eagle on a tree limb over the river. I did not have my tripod so I had to shoot hand held. Maybe this was just as well because the eagle became nervous and flew off soon. This was taken in late evening just before sunset. I did remove some distracting branches from the front and out of focus in the rear of the photo. The dark areas across the chest are shadows from tree limbs on an adjacent tree.
I like the late evening feel to the photo so I did not want to brighten it much. Too bad there isn't more of a background than just plain blue sky.

Canon T5i
Sigma 150-600 C @ 600 handheld
F 6.3 Aperture priority
ISO 200
Shutter 1/1600
Spot metering.

I have a lot to learn so comments are more than welcome.
Thank you for taking a look.  Brian

Nice pose, Brian and I like the lighting.  The Eagle seems just a bit washed out to my eye-you might want to boost the saturation and/or contrast just a tiny bit.

Thanks Dennis,
I will give it a try. I tend to be a bit heavy handed with saturation so I did not attempt much this time.
