Canon EOS 7D EF400mm f/5.6L USM
1/800 sec;   f/7.1;   ISO 640
Aperture priority;   Evaluative metering

This is a panorama made using Photoshop Photomerge from four images.  I don't know how well it will be able to be seen once I post it, but I wanted to try and see.

I really liked the curves and lines and connections.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

This is great Barbara. It must be getting to dry season in Florida for all of these good sized gators to be hanging out so closely together. I like the deep green colors and the lines here also.

Hi Barbara,

I like the idea here and think it may look great as a print, but I don't think it works as well online (especially at the standard size). I am in agreement with Ed that the deep rich colours (both in the bottom AND top of the frame) work well and the lines are interesting. In general I'm not a huge fan of "crop to match dimensions of subject", but in this case the subject matter is so unique (and the pano format so extreme) that I think this one works and is real interesting.

Thanks for sharing this one...good food for thought...

Wow, I can see why you had to go panorama with so many gators along the bank.  Nicely seen and captured, Barbara, and pano works for this nicely.
