Here's another shot from the archives. This is just upstream of The Basin area of the Pemigewassett River in Franconia Notch, NH. I could hang around and photograph this area all day, if only it wasn't such a popular tourist destination!

This does a fine job of showing how the power of the water has shaped the rocks, Craig.

Makes me want to lay down right in the middle of the flow.  Looks like a great place to spend some quality camera time.  Very nice.

Very nice Craig.  You captured the feeling of the water swirling  through the rock.

Love your composition here, as much for its design qualities as for the power of the water over the rocks.  Well done!

Wonderful comp, Craig.  Your shutter speed works well to get motion while allowing enough detail to show the power of the flow, and well exposed to avoid blowouts.  I like how you framed the bottom to have the stream exiting in the corner.  Nice work enlightened

Craig, the curving flow is enjoyable. This reminds me of a water park and tubing a sluice.  Did you experiment with different shutter speeds as I would like to see a tiny bit more detail in the water (personal preference).  I lke the glimmer of light off the wet rock.

Nice work on this small water flow. The contour of the eroded rock is just excellent here, Craig. Good job with the very bright whitewater too. Looks good.....laugh

Thanks all for the comments!
Doug, I do have a couple other exposures with varying shutter speeds, but I felt that this one was my favorite. I do tend to like a bit longer exposure than some might.
