The Oakland-Bay Bridge viewed from the San Francisco Embarcadero.  The San Francisco–Oakland Bay Bridge (known locally as the Bay Bridge) is a complex of bridges spanning San Francisco Bay.  As part of Interstate 80 and the direct road between San Francisco and Oakland, it carries about 240,000 vehicles a day on its two decks.  It is one of the longest spans in the United States.

This is a great take on this bridge, Reno, that shows much better in the larger view.  Those glowing pier footings in the foreground are a terrific addition.

Beautiful light on the bridge, and the light on the piers nicely fills the frame, Rene.
