The fog added some nice atmosphere. I don't like the URC, but my attempts to clone over it were amateurish, so I left it alone.

Very effective mood shot.  As for the UR, did you try just cropping the shot from the left?

This seems like a very spiritual image. Your eyes a led to the 'beyond' where that world is faint and dreamy. You try to make out what's there but it won't disclose itself. The soft white water shows a path that takes you there. Very nice. The small plant in the lrc is a nice addition as well. The urc doesn't bother me although I suppose if the light area was green it would be a tad better.

I almost posted my version of this scene before going with something else, Mike. That was a great morning with the mist hanging over the river and providing some wonderful atmospherics. The URC does not bother me that much to detract from the overall mystical feeling that this image has.

Beautiful image, Michael. I think, instead of cloning, just crop from the right and some from the bottom, and that trouble area goes away.  Additionally, keeping the same ratio, might eliminate some of the darker area on left. Of course the small plant on the bottom right goes away.   Love this one.

never get tired of watchig water/fog images. This is lovely. A simple crop might also help URC

This is very nice, Michael. Very attractive and well composed. I think it's fine as is, but a small crop off the right would not hurt. However, I don't think I'd crop or cut off any of the large rock in the lrc. Just enough to eliminate the cut off tree and the small tree next to it in the urc.

Very nice angle and height. In a perfect world the hole in upper right be cloned out?

This is beautiful, and the fog adds a nice mysterious quality. I agree with the suggestions to crop from the right, or else clone over the bright sky. Colors and atmosphere are great.

I agree that the fog makes the mood of this shot.  In the smaller version my initial thought is that the darker area on the upper left hand side pulled my eye, but when I opened the larger image this opened up nicely.  As for the area on the upper right, I think it would be hard to clone.  However, you could brighten up the deep shadows on that side which would help reduce the impact of the bright highlights (which presumably are blown, but you might also try some highlight recovery in the RAW file.  Otherwise, this is nicely composed with nice mood.
