Kestrel

This kestrel was one of the many we saw on a recent trip to North Cornwall.
They were surfing the wind from the sea looking for bumble bees on the grass.
They were really confident and it was easy to see them catching the insects.

Thanks for your comments and suggestions.

Hi D&L.  I like the flight position and the top lighting, but I do think you can bring the overall brightness up a fair amount.  Interesting natural history comment on hunting the bumblebees.

A nice, sharp capture of this Kestrel, Daniel!  The only suggestion I can offer is to lighten the shadows a bit and then bump the overall brightness a tiny amount.

I really like the wing position and the light on this Kestrel.  This must have been a lot of fun to watch.  I do agree that the image could be slightly brighter and perhaps a little less saturation in the blues of the sky.
