This little brown creeper was working a huge red cedar outside our room in Lake Arrowhead this weekend. They are so fun to watch and move really quickly up and down and around the trees looking for bugs. Conditions were overcast and rainy off and on. Canon 5Diii, iso 1000, f8, 1/250 sec, -0.7 EV, 100-400 ISL ii, with 1.4 TC, at 560 mm. Thanks for your thoughts.

Nice detail in the Creeper, Ed.  A bird I have yet to catch and would dearly love to.  In the larger version, there seems to be just a touch of red fringe on the bottom of the tail, the beak and a few other places.

I like this Ed, it shows the camo of these birds well, I might crop it to more of a vertical. devil
