Pastel Dahlia

A step back from the normally brilliantly colored Dahlias. I regret the chosen composition...don't know why I didn't fully include all of the center petals. Regarding processing I chose an almost high key treatment although the actual colors were not vibrant. Thanks for looking.

P.S. please ignore the frame. Dont know what happened there. Increased canvas by 25 px relatively and this is what I got. Technology can be so annoying :)

Well done. I like the composition. I also like that you positioned the flower in an upward view rather than a strait on shot.

Bruce, this is fine by me. Good colors, sharp detail. What's not to like?

The black frame is a default choice for the site. Annoying and awkward. I took it out for you. The frame you started with is an excellent choice! cool
