Another Chickadee, but this one from this morning when we had a bit of sun off and on.  They do manage to strike the cutest poses.

7Dii, Sigma 150-600 C @ 451 mm, f/9, 1/200, iso 2000, aperture priority, pattern metering, -1 EV, no flash.  Processed in LR & PS CC (just updated and figured out how to turn off the annoying little pop-up when you select a tool in PS).  Cropped to a 4x5 horizontal, full height.  Taken at 9:17 am today.

Your comments and critiques are always appreciated.

Thanks,

Glad you were able to take advantage of the bit of sunshine, it sure was a nice change from all the rain. Great pose and excellent details!

Sweet One Dennis!

Very nice, as usua;. Nice colors and setting.

So, how did you turn off the tool pop-up "feature?" It is very distracting every time I have to move my signature into place.

Find detail on this mossy perch.  The bird pops nicely against the creamy green and clear background.  Yes, nice to have a bit of sun to help bring out color and detail.

Richard asked: "So, how did you turn off the tool pop-up "feature?" It is very distracting every time I have to move my signature into place."

In Photoshop:  Edit: Preferences: Tools.  The first option is "Enable Tool Tips" and a subheading under that  is for "Rich" tool tips.  I unchecked the first of those which also disabled the second which I suspect is the stupid animation clip.
