Rock Forms

Happened to stumble upon some rock formation at the beach, and they included Tafoni. Thought I will post this first, and the white lines are ** probably** the salt deposits when the tides go down.
The sun had already gone down, and fair amount of moonlight..with some twilight as well.
Feel free to C&C as this is a new area for a macro photographer.

Interesting in the sense that it invites us to touch this. I can almost sense how the various parts will feel. There's a tactile sense to this image.

The vertical dikes in contrast with the rounded rock is very cool. I have no suggestions other than seeing if you can pull some detail in the deep shadows. Nicely done.

Balan, This is really interesting to see. Works well for me as it is and the shapes and textures are very cool.

Superb color and texture with wonderful abstract shapes.  There is almost a metallic glow to this image.  Well seen!

A striking image Balan. I love the subject matter, especially the organic shapes and the hard tactile feel of the rock face. The overall presentation, with the deep blacks makes a bold statement and compliments the composition very nicely. Speaking of the composition I love what you have pulled off here -- the structure is evident but there is enough looseness that allows me to study it without feeling constrained.

This may be one of your best images posted in the Landscape gallery. Congratulations!
