The Eastern Phoebe is a delightful little confiding bird.  This one hung around a small quiet pond on Santa Clara Ranch when I was there photographing in mid-February.  Canon EOS 7D Mark II, Canon EF500mm f/4L IS II USM + 1.4X III, AV exposure at f/7.1 and 1/640th, ISO 500.
