Rivoli's Hummingbird

Not the best angle, but I had a number of constraints.  This was taken in SE Arizona at someone's home.  She had a couple of dozen different feeders, chairs for viewers to sit in, and restrictions on where one could be.  Charged $5/person (well worth it) and $5 if you had a tripod.  Spent about three hours and saw 5 life birds, including the Rivoli's, which I was told is a split from (the now, more southern) Magnificent Hummingbird.

Canon 7D Mark II
Sigma 150-600 at 600 mm
1/250 at f6.3
ISO 200
on-camera flash used (the feeder was in a very shady area requiring, otherwise, an ISO of about 6400 at any decent speed) Steel eye removed in post-processing.  Slight effect may still remain; not sure.
Cropped to remove the feeder.

Thanks for looking.  Comments and suggestions are appreciated.

An awkward pose, but it does allow one a look at the amazing eyes.

It's for sure a unconventional pose but it has good feather detail and that background is great. Nice shot Allen!

Really cool angle on this one, Allen.  Excellent detail, though I'm seeing some noise in the larger image, which kind of surprises me at that low iso.  I like whatever it was you did to the eyes as they look really cool in the larger image.
