Lovely Allen. I really like the feel of this. My only suggestion is that with the general left facing orientation of the birds, a little less room on the right and more on the left might work even better. If it's not already there, I think you could add canvas on the left pretty easily.

I agree with Dennis about the crop positioning. I like the atmosphere of quiet moodiness very much.
