No nits.  It can be tough to get images of these lil fellas, and I see you took this at 600mm. cool   Good catch. It is so cool to see how well it blends in with its environs.  Its colors match those rocks perfectly!

One of my favorite little critters, you have a good image of this one.  I like the detail in the pikas hair as well as the pose and colors.  Thanks for sharing.

They are so cute David.  I love the cheerful little look and the detail is excellent where it needs to be.

Great detail and a nice composition, David!  A very nice capture and the large version should be required viewing!

Excellent pika capture!  Detail of eye and whiskers is noteworthy, the pika is well lifted from the rocks with just enough bokeh to soften the background rocks.  The leaning pose adds a hint of dynamic tension to the image.  Yes, viewing large is important for appreciation.

Somehow I missed this one until now.  Great pika shot!  I was there about a month ago and looked unsuccessfully in the rocky areas for pikas.  However, I was lucky enough to see a pine marten in the rocky slope a little north of Upper Meadow.  Where did you find this guy?
