Wagner Falls
by Jay Levin
Wagner Falls is located in the Michigan Upper Peninsula south of Munising on the east side of MI-94 just south of the MI-28 MI-94 junction. . It is a cascade created by Wagner Creek as it falls over a stratum of erosion-resistant dolomite. The creek drops into a shallow gorge containing the Anna River. The Anna River then flows northward into Lake Superior.
This photograph, not previously posted on Nature Photographers Network, was taken on September 12, 2012 with a Nikon D300 camera and a Nikkor AF-S DX 16-85mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR lens. Manual exposure mode: f/16.0, 2s, and iso 200 at 16.0mm.

Maybe introducing a slight vignetting might help me to concentrate on the falls as the main area of interest. This is only my personal opinion of course, and I like the composition a lot as presented!
