Canon 40D
These two beautiful flowers were in the shade of evergreens and were lit by the setting sun. I liked the unusual color palette.

Rick: Even the thumbnail intrigued me on this one. This is some of the finest lighting I have seen on the board in a long time! A superbly captured and crafted image. Many bravos >=))>

Just lovely, Rick. The pose of the flowers seems so expressive. Demure... shy... "Blooming friendship..." perhaps great for a greeting card. The lighting is moody and soft. To enhance that effect, I might suggest softening the bit of conifer foliage at the top even more than it is already. Then, completely dreamy, for sure! Top notch as is!

Stunning with the soft colors but very rich BG. And the light is wonderful on top of exquisite comp! and the textures! This is one yummy image.

This image almost has a painting-like quality with the soft pink flowers and muted mixture of blue/green background. Good eye, Rick!

Wonderfully done Rick, nice lighting indeed, but I particulary like the detail in the flowers.

And you pretend to be rusty! Rick, you must be in great photographic condition for taking so beautiful images. You have cought the soul of what the fading sun was drawing and shaping. The photo that I love, bravo!
Cheers.
