My simple attempt for the Flora theme. Such a magnificent flower deserves a better presentation, but I tried. C/C are always greatly appreciated.

Jeff, in my opinion this is an excellent presentation. I very much like the lighting on this one and the detail in the petals.

You're way too modest, Jeff. A magnificent shot. :toast: :toast:

I agree, killer shot Jeffrey. The lighting is just right to record the intricate, delicate detail of this flower.

Jeffrey I love most the clear and clean drawing on the blackboard. The light in the bottom adds depth and interest. A very good work.
Cheers.

I love the perspective Jeffrey, this is one that I have not thought to try myself. I really like the bit of stem that you have showing on the bottom right side. Nice shot!

Stunning!!!

This is lovely, Jeff. I like the simplicity, the detail, the flow of the bloom, the lighting...what puts it over the top is the "curly Q" at the left and the detail in the bottom of the bloom on the righ.

Seriously, good job... :toast:

A real winner Jeffrey. Great presentation and great light as everyone has said. The detail in the white pedal is outstanding. For me, I would like to see a little more space around the flower, but that's just me. Otherwise, excellent. :toast:

Nothing wrong with this presentation, Jeff! I would like to see a bit more room top and bottom, but that's just IMHO. Excellent DOF and lighting!

While it may not be a perfect bloom, the light and horizontal presentation are excellent! The whites are superb and the yellows reflected inside the bloom are the coup de gras! Hats off on this one! :toast:

Hi Jeff!! How elegant this is!! Love the curve, detail, light and the curlie-Q. I'm with Toni on wishing for just a bit more space on top and bottom. But after that..wonderful shot!! Congrats on your EP!!
