Outstanding Doug,
I guess these are water drops on a web but they look like mercury. This was well seen and excellently pulled off!!

This is great! I've seen a lot of things reflected in water drops, but never a sunrise. I really like the way the smaller drops define the web pattern.

Doug - This is amazing! This is a one of a kind shot so far because I have never saw sunrise reflected in drops before either! Keep up the good work!

This is hands-down EXCELLENT! The copper tone and the water droplets that do look like mercury balls are terrific!!

Amazing work. It almost looks like metal spheres in the web. Lovely colours and composition. I'm afraid I have nothing more to say about it ;)

The droplets have an unusual metallic look that contrasts with the background color. This is a nice photograph. I have a couple of questions related to the non-aesthetic aspects of it...
Isn't it upside down? When I make an photograph of water drops acting as little lenses, the image in the drops is upside down. Is that the right exposure data? ISO 100 f/11 at 1/1000, if I'm counting right, that is two stops down from a sunny-16 exposure. It seems like that can't be right.?

Doug: Superb image that may be more effective becasue it is flipped, although I turned it over in PS and it is pretty cool that way too. Well seen and captured. ><>

As a general rule of thumb, I have gotten tired of seeing dewy spider webs.
But then again, it is a general rule, with the rare exception. And what an exception this is!! I really like the colors, reflected sunrise, and the near spiral towards larger dewdrops in the center of the web.
