I have spent many weeks over the last 2 summers trying to get images of these huge birds that nest close to my home in Andalucia in southern Spain. Around 80 pairs make up a year round colony on the west face of the Sierra Crestallina, a limestone range near the village of Casares here in Southern Andalucia.
