I am currently based in Andalucia in Southern Spain.I have long been interested in the natural world and travel from a very early age.My first forays into Wildlife Photography occoured while I was a crew member on the sailing yacht Group 4 ,which was one of a fleet of 10 Identical steel yachts built to compete in the 1992/3 British Steel Challenge round the worlds yacht race. The worlds first yacht race to sail against the prevailing winds and currents of the Southern Oceans.I was awarded the prize for the best image of wildlife taken during the 29,000 mile epic voyage.Since 1998 I have spent over 2 years in Southern Chiles Torres del Paine nat park,an awe inspiring 500,000 acre Wilderness ,where I have been attempting to capture images of the elusive Patagonian Puma,(which I am happy to say I have achieved on numerous occaions)as well as a wide range of other species the live here, and of course the landscapes that this region is so famous for.
