Into April, when "clouds and rain" repeat in the Pacific Northwest weather report yet again, one wonders if blue sky will ever show itself. But Spring carries in fresh breezes that stir the air and part the clouds for a few minutes here and there. This most welcomed peek through the weather pretty much guarantees a smile and an eye on the sky in watch for more "sunbreaks."
The motion blur was created in camera.
