Missed opportunity

This is my first post. I hope I'm doing everything correctly. I've been into photography for about 2 years now and I'm learning every day. I'm hoping to get helpful information from you guys. Please be critical with your comments.
This shot ws taken in San Diego and this aprticular KF rarely misses when it goes in the water so it's a missed opportunity for him ad for me. I really wanted a shot of him coming out of the water with dinner in his mouth. Oh well. Next time. He is my absolute nemisis. Hope to post more of this difficult species.
