I'm looking for digital asset management software that not only handles the cataloging of digital files but also handles the business side of things such as invoicing, submission tracking, delivery memos, etc. Any suggestions?

You'll pay for it, but it's hard to beat Inview/Stockview. There are others, but none more powerful or easy to use.

Have you looked at Digital Pro or FotoBiz?

Also check out Photobyte. It's free. Sorry, don't know how to add a hyperlink in these forums, it's www.zimberoff.com/photobyte.htm.

I have FotoBiz and FotoQuote. You can purchase them together at a reduced cost.

I have fotoBiz/fotoQuote. It's interface is a wee bit quirky, but it does everything you want, has a pricing coach, and is a good value if $$ is an issue.

If you are a member of Editorial Photographers ($50 a year), Hindsight is offering a 50% discount on InView/Stockview through the end of the year. The EP membership WAY more than pays for itself in the discount on the software alone. There are also a lot of excellent resources on EP's web site for members. They have a really good forum (message board) for members. Everyone there is a pro so the answers you get come from very experienced people.

I have fotoBiz/fotoQuote, but have never used fotoBiz -- the interface was just too clunky for me. Besides, I would have to assign new/additional photo IDs to all my images, since it won't accept the ones I already have in place. Two IDs per image? That doesn't sound very efficient to me. . . .

If you have the cash, I'd definitely check out Hindsight and Agave.
