I've been having some troubles getting printer profiles working with PS CS3 on my PC.
I have downloaded the profile from my print shop's site and installed it, but the installed profile does not show up in the list in PS... Very frustrating.
Any ideas?

Where/how did you install it Jeff? If you go to the C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\color directory, do you see the profile file there?

Did you rename the profile before installing it? If so, you won't see it. It will still show up under the name it had when the lab sent it to you.

Yes, the profile shows up in that directory that you listed. No, it was not renamed.

One time I had this occur even after doing everything right to get it into the file as indicated above. I found that if I went to the C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\color directory the new file was at the end of the list. If I manually moved it to the correct alphabetical position CS3 recognized it correctly. Don't ask me why this occurs. I attributed it to the cyber gremlins that cause all my issues

If it shows up in that directly, has it not already been installed?
